Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, and Don’t Pay

“Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is the common term for the policy barring openly gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals from serving in the United State Military, as mandated by federal law.  The policy is actually a modification of the law, which prohibits anyone who demonstrates “a propensity or intent to engage in homosexual acts” from serving in the United State Military.  It was passed by Congress because allowing homosexuals would “create an unacceptable risk to the high standards of morale, good order and discipline and unity cohesion that are the essence of military capability.”

Lower Church Phone Rates Come Calling PDF Print E-mail

Over the last several years, churches have been quietly moved to commercial telephone rates for local phone service. Under this plan, they pay for every local telephone call, the length of the call and, in some areas, pay more based upon the time of day the call is made.

Pro-Family PAC Fights Back in 2010 PDF Print E-mail

The theme of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms’ (NYCF) Legislative Day conference was "Counter Punch." NYCF received some criticism from the left regarding this theme. They claimed that NYCF was inciting violence against homosexuals. NYCF asserts that the charge is ridiculous.
