The meetings are open to all legislators and staff in the Capitol complex as well as any other interested parties. The meetings are non-partisan and non-denominational, but do study the Bible from the historical and orthodox Christian perspective. To meet requirements of Lobbying Act §1-m and Public Officers Law §73(5) a continental breakfast will no longer be provided, but coffee and juice are acceptable and will be provided (per Ralph P. Miccio, Counsel to the Public Integrity Commission, 01/25/2010). A portion of the meeting is dedicated to praying for our state and the personal needs among those represented. Legislative Prayer Breakfasts have resumed at the State Capitol. The breakfasts are held at 8:00 AM in Room 211A (LOB).
